SA recorded fewer liquidations and insolvencies in July 2011

Statistics South Africa released the monthly updated data for Liquidations and Insolvencies for July 2011, on Monday.

The total number of liquidations recorded for the month of July 2011 fell by 10.7%y/y (from 281 to 251) and by 50.8% in the three month period from May to July compared with the same period in 2010.
